The Orient SEL0A003M M-Force is part of Orient's 2015 M-Force line. M-Force watches are renown for the ISO diving standards, the high quality in-house automatic movements and excellent value for money. Under the hood is Orient's 40N5A movement, which hacks and can hand wind. The design of the SEL0A003M is also more comfortable than earlier M-Force models, the dial and bezel have playful colour accents and there have been some small improvements, such as solid endlinks.
